All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Middle East: Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and other select countries (please check at checkout for availability).

North America: United States, Canada.

Asia: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with reputable international couriers to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin once your order is dispatched. Please note:

Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, typically within:

1-3 business days for GCC countries.

3-7 business days for other Middle Eastern countries.

3-9 business days for North America, Europe, and Oceania.

3-9 business days for India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer than the estimated timelines.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. UAE-Specific Shipping Options

For customers in the United Arab Emirates, we offer the following exclusive shipping options:

Free Next-Day Delivery: Free for orders with 2 or more items, or 20 AED for orders with 1 item, delivered the next business day after dispatch. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM GST.

4-Hour Same-Day Delivery: Available for a flat fee of 35 AED, with delivery within 4 hours of order confirmation, provided the order is placed before 10 AM GST on a business day.

These options are subject to availability and may not apply to certain remote areas within the UAE.

For international orders, shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by our couriers.
