1. All Sales Are Final

As a small business, we currently do not offer returns or refunds on any orders. All sales are final, and products purchased through our website are non-returnable and non-refunded, except as required by applicable UAE law.

2. Exceptions

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to addressing any issues with your order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@littlemindset.me with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or other resolution, subject to product availability and verification.

3. Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, please ensure that the products are suitable for your needs, as our flashcards are designed for children over 36 months under parental supervision. We are not responsible for orders placed in error, changes in preference, or misuse of products.
