What is Little Mindset?
Little Mindset is a UAE-based small business offering fun and engaging flashcards designed to foster connection, confidence, and communication between kids and their parents. Created by a mum, our screen-free cards spark meaningful family moments.

What ages are the flashcards suitable for?
Our flashcards are designed for children aged 3 to 7 years (over 36 months), under parental supervision. Depending on a child’s development and interests, they may also suit slightly younger or older kids.

How many cards are in each set?
Each deck contains 30 beautifully designed cards with age-appropriate prompts or affirmations. Our full bundle includes five sets: Dinner, Travel, After School, Bedtime Gratitude, and Positive Affirmations.

Are the flashcards reusable?
Yes! Our cards are durable and reusable, encouraging fresh conversations and reflections with each use. They’re ideal for daily routines or spontaneous family moments.

How can I use the flashcards in different settings?
Our flashcards are versatile and perfect for various moments:

Morning Routine: Start the day with the Positive Affirmations set to inspire confidence and positivity with uplifting prompts.

Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?
Browse our website littlemindset.me, select your desired flashcards, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation email once completed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely in UAE Dirham (AED).

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
As a small business, we process orders quickly. Please contact us at info@littlemindset.me as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel, but changes are not guaranteed once the order is processed.

Why was my order canceled?
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email and issue any applicable refund.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to most GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), Middle East (e.g., Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt), North America (USA, Canada), Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh), Oceania (Australia, New Zealand), and most European countries. How much does shipping cost?
For UAE orders:

Next-day delivery: 20 AED for 1 item; free for 2 or more items.

4-hour same-day delivery: 35 AED flat fee (orders placed before 10:00 AM GST). International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How long will my order take to arrive?
In the UAE, we offer next-day delivery (by 2:00 PM GST order cutoff) or 4-hour same-day delivery (before 10:00 AM GST). For international orders, delivery typically takes:

1-3 business days for GCC countries.

3-7 business days for other Middle East countries.

3-9 business days for North America, Europe, and Oceania.

3-9 business days for India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Remote areas may take longer. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Can I track my order?

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
As a small business, all sales are final, and we currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@littlemindset.me for a possible replacement, subject to our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@littlemindset.me with your order details and photos of the issue. We wil review your case and may offer a replacement or other resolution, subject to availability.
